We have a “No Kill, No Pay” policy, which means you do not pay extra if you do not harvest a deer. Any deer shot, wounded and not retrieved counts as my harvest. I understand that my guide and I may continue to look for that particular deer for the duration of my hunt and that I cannot harvest or attempt to harvest a different deer.

The Day of the Hunt

We do not currently accommodate completely independent hunters. We offer either fully-guided or semi-guided hunts. In a fully-guided hunt, the guide will be by your side every step of the way, helping find the best herds and estimating the score of the deer to let you know how big they are to be sure you get what you pay for. Whether you are hunting out of a blind, a tree stand or on a spot-and-stalk, your guide will be right there with you. For a semi-guided hunt, there will be a guide present to provide transportation to and from the stands and are available for any assistance that’s needed at any time.
Hunters’ choice. We have several elevated stands and well-positioned deer blinds scattered throughout the ranch, although our guides are happy to lead you on spot-and-stalk and safari style hunts as well if you prefer the challenge of an on-the-ground hunt.

Deer are very active in the morning and evening, so we try to take advantage of their movements. Our typical schedule includes a hunt in the morning, then a hearty homemade breakfast at the lodge. Afternoons can be spent kicking back to relax or going out for another hunt. In the evening we usually head out for the last hunt of the day, followed by an incredible, five-star dinner.
